Returns
If
you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from
RiserClothing.com, we will gladly give you a full refund or exchange
the product for a different Riserâ„¢ product.
Any
products purchased in a retail store should be brought back to the
original point of purchase.
Please
see the below return/exchange instructions for any product purchased
at RiserClothing.com.
Return Policy

Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.

All hangtags/labels must be attached to the garment.
- All garments are subject to inspection.
- Proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at time of return.
- Original shipping charges, and return shipping costs are not refunded.
- All returned items that were eligible for free shipping will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
- Returns/Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of package.
All purchases from
RiserClothing.com must be returned to the website. Please do not
bring returns purchased from RiserClothing.com to other retail
locations.

You will be issued a Return
Authorization Number, and return shipping address.
Package
the item(s) securely and ship them to "Riser Corp Returns" using the
address that will provided through email. Please make sure your
package is prepaid, as we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns. If you
would like an exchange, please put a note stating which item, in your original
return email, as well as inside the return packaging.
Upon
our receipt of the product, a credit in the form of payment used,
less shipping charges (or handling charges), will be issued. A
confirmation email will be sent upon completion of the return
process. If an exchange was requested, you will receive an email
confirmation when the shipment with the new product is
processed.
Returns
and Exchanges Processing
Once
your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of
receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a
credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7
Business days. Please note that depending on your credit card
company, it may take one billing cycle after your credit is applied for
it to post to your account.
Please note, We cannot refund your original shipping charges.
